HOW WE WORK
No surprises, no discovery phase that never ends. Five stages, and you know what is happening in each one.
We look at your product, your price point and your capacity, and tell you which markets are worth the effort. If none of them are, that is a real answer and you get it early — before you've spent anything on representation.
We identify the distributors, representatives and direct buyers who match your category in the chosen market, and vet them against a record we can check.
Materials adapted per market. Local representatives trained on your equipment. Pricing, terms and the communication protocol agreed and written down.
Outreach, trade shows, in-country visits, demonstrations, negotiation. Reporting on a fixed cadence, whether the news is good or not.
Compliance, freight, documentation, arrival. Then the follow-up that turns a first order into a second one.
QUESTIONS
No. Most manufacturers we work with have never shipped outside North America. That is the normal starting point, not a disqualification.
Per market and per product category, agreed in the contract. We do not represent two competing manufacturers in the same market.
Engagements are usually fixed-fee or project-based. Performance-linked structures are available once the volume justifies them.
Realistically six to twelve months from setup, depending on the equipment and the market. Anyone promising faster in industrial equipment is selling you something.
You get that answer in the assessment, in the first two weeks, before you spend on representation. We would rather lose the engagement than run one we don't believe in.
Antonio Carlos Pereira leads every engagement directly, working with local representatives in market. You are not handed to an account manager you have never met.
The market fit assessment costs you a conversation, not a contract.
